Shipping Policy – Maivah

Shipping Origin and Delivery Address

All products listed on Maivah are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Free Shipping Option

Our standard shipping method, called “Free Shipping”, has a fixed cost of $0.00 and typically takes between 20 to 45 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 6 business days after the payment is confirmed in our system.

Tracking Code

Once your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Possible Delays

In some cases, delivery times may be extended due to logistical issues, public holidays, high-volume periods, customs inspections, or other external factors beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Most orders placed with Maivah (approximately 99%) are delivered with no additional charges. However, in rare cases, your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the local authorities of the destination country.

If that occurs, your local postal service will notify you and provide instructions for payment and package collection.
Please note: Maivahis not responsible for any customs duties or import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Logistics and Notifications

You will receive your tracking number by email and via the contact details provided during purchase. The tracking number is typically issued within up to 8 business days after payment confirmation.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it is damaged, opened, or appears tampered with, refuse the delivery and contact our customer support immediately.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Attempts

Delivery is carried out by your country’s national postal service. In the event of failed delivery (e.g., recipient not available or restricted area), a notice may be left for pickup at the nearest postal office.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive individual tracking numbers for each item.

Tracking Updates

As international shipments rely on multiple logistics partners, tracking information may take 5 to 20 business days to update on the postal system after dispatch.

Responsibility and Address Accuracy

Damages incurred during transit are the responsibility of the postal service.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will only be processed after a new shipping fee is paid.

Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will remain available for pickup at the post office for a limited time. If not collected within that period, the package will be returned to the sender abroad. Any reshipment will require negotiation between Maivah and the customer.

Import and Customs Responsibility

As this is an international shipping service, any customs-related charges, import taxes, or clearance delays are the customer’s responsibility.
